how do i disassemble a seat track adjuster assembly

on my bucket seats on the passenger side, the feet of the assembly was rotten so they brazed it to fit the floor job they did. it worked oh well. since i'm putting in a new floor and have picked up an assembly from a bench seat. i need to figure how to get the lower feet from the track so i can switch it over to the one off the bucket. the fisher body manual wasn't no help.

Steve;  on my Pontiac with bench seat, I sandblasted and painted my tracks

They just bolted to the frame...  I presumed buckets were the same....

I have a set of seat tracks from a full size bench... if they will work, you can have them...

What are they for ? A or B body ?  They are different.  I have a set of B body bucket sliders from a 69 that I can not use in my Beaumont. I need the ones that are shown in the pic. The B body have higher legs on them.

not sure if i missed the type of car, but i know a body bench tracks are shorter than a bucket track where it bolts to the floor

FLOOR MOUNTING

bench 14 3/4
bucket 15 1/4

Seat mounting
bench 12 1/2
bucket 14

a bit different

Appreciate the offers. but we had success. there are 2 wee divots pushed into the track to stop the roller from coming apart.
