Hullo to all the Fella's, I've read through the comments and think the issue is not the mods that were made. The issue is that a scarce Beaumont was used in stead of a less scarce Chevelle that could have been sacrificed. Save the species!!!!
My 65 RHD Malibu is kept as original as possible. ONE OF A KIND
My 75 Chev Kommando (Chevelle/Holden) boasts a 305 Camaro V8, lost its 230CID and converted from manual to auto. Major conversion!! LOVE IT
The Australian 1974 el Camino has lost its body (Chassis only left) and the 230CID manual has been converted to auto and received a TH350 box. Engine is being moved 18" to the rear, and the cab (Whats left of it) also moves to the rear. Stovepipe HOTROD!!!!
the thing I really dislike about CP is the close minded negative input some of you guys give I just looked at the thread give your head a shake all you HATERS!LOL I dont give a rats ass what kind of car it is the guy has put alot of time and effort into that project and he should be applauded. I dont know how many of you have actually tried to build your own car and make **** work but its no a easy task, even when I build my pro derby cars it takes alot of time and effort to make everything work. You people need to be more open minded.
i totally disagree with you tiny. there is a time and a place for being open or closed minded. you just insulted a bunch of our members tiny. it would have been easier to swallow if he used a chevelle
Tiny did use the LOL qualifier so I'm at ease with his comments. Sometimes it's hard to go out on a limb and say what you really feel. But I'm just a Gentle Pisces so I'll shut up now.
V10 Viper engine doesn't compare to what this guy did to this 55 Chev.
That's Charlie Lillard's car. When it was listed on Ebay a few years ago I started a thread about it on the Yenko forum. Next thing I knew Charlie bought it. See the link below for the thread with pictures and info on the car. James
and the other one on my bucket list is a corvair w/ a mid engine big Block. i saw one that someone had started w/ a SB as a teenager and i never forgot. they had taken the rear transaxle, flipped it side to side then rotated the whole unit forward so the engine was in the back seat.
