61 Pontiac buckets & console


Does any one have a pic of what correct buckers & console for a 61 Parisienne look like?

if you go to 61 Pontiac brochure in "Library"  

there are no photos or mention of bucket seats

I didn't think there was such a thing on the Canadian side Vern.

The US guys got them, but............

I agree, User's Guide  and sales brochure do not mention these items at all. There are two photos of column shifts and instructions on how to use each of the manual and automatic transmissions in the Users Manual. The seat section makes no mention of buckets and tells you how to adjust the seats. Power seats were optional.

Ok so what about 61 Ch**y buckets and console any picks of that? Or did 62 come with?

The '60 Corvair Monza may have been the first Chevrolet with bucket seats.

1962 (Impala with the SS option) was the first year for the full size Chevy with bucket seats.

There is no such thing as correct buckets and console for a 61 Parisienne-bench seat only. No 61 Chevys came with buckets either.
