If you have a powerglide stock console, what do you have to do to install a 4 speed? Can you buy the 4 speed section that kicks out the side or do you have to find used?

When I slipped behind the wheel to start my car up after the driveline re&re I noticed that the little window that indicates heater fan speed was black. Hi all I want to put buckets and a console in a 63...not keeping org so any thing early 60's I think would do..going to have to recover the bench so why not get buckets ..need a 2 speed console and shifter though..anyone got anything kicking around that can help out ?? thanks
