I have a 68-72 mid size (A body) 12 bolt for sale. I've had it for close to 10 years and don't see myself ever using it. I don't have pictures of it but I can get some. From what I recall it has no brake stuff on it, but that fits from a 10 bolt as well, all the same.
I need to get $200 out of it. From what I see, that is a fair price. I have no idea of condition, it's out of a parts car that never drove as long as I knew of it. Basically it's a housing, axles and center section assembled.
Not real keen on shipping it and not real excited about storing it for a year awaiting pickup. I'm trying to clean up a bit here...
I just looked and it has upper control arms, lower control arms and park brake cables. No drums on it. Shoes and hardware are there but the shoes are junk. Pinion yoke is on it as well.

Carl if that were out my way it would be gone it two seconds. For whatever reason 12 bolts don't surface around here and if they do they start at $1000
I could maybe get it as far as Calgary this summer. I could live with it being here until July'ish but then it has to be gone.
Also, I could deliver to Saskatoon/Regina area for $100 gas money. I need to run to Saskatoon to pick up a bench seat and that would pay part of my gas.

I could likely stick in on Kijiji, Ebay, whatever and get more. I would like to sell it here to a CP member who can use it for himself.

There has been an open rear for sale in wpg for $450 for a while... $200 is a great price, especially with the arms!
$1000 should be useable complete posi price, $12-1500 if fully rebuilt. Somebody scoop it up!! Easy enough to narrow for 66-67's! or just use a different backspacing on the rims!
Why would you let that 1/2" stop you from putting it in an earlier car? ...if using stock style rims it'll look better a little wider... and it'll fit 15x7's with up to 255 width tires...
