69 Beaumont lower clutch rod needed

I am converting mr 69 to a third peddal and have most parts but not sure about the lower clutch rod and spring set up. I have a pic of the rods from the shop mannual but does not conform to what the online restoration shops are selling. They show the one on the left for all  68 and up and the one on the right 64 to 67 only. What are you 69 guys (wagon64SD) using. Also wondering about the spring. Do they only use one from the clutch fork to the frame or is there another one from the bell crank to firewall ?

This one looks stronger  and extends longer and shows as V8fkw209mn7.jpg

hey ian,,,the one on the right or your lower picture is the one thats on my car,,and check your local GM dealer i think you can still order them..off the top of my head i think the single spring runs from the clutch fork to the z-bar..you should see the small holes in each piece...

I'm afraid it's discontinued now. Not long ago though we could still order new from GM.

Correct for 68 and 69 V8 looks like the one on the left marked L-6. The one on the right is for 67 and down V8.

The difference between the L-6 and V8 is the length of the adjustment rod. The V8 rod is about 1 1/2" shorter. NOS GM parts: the L-6 is black and the V8 is silver.

clutch fork push rod part number - 9779202

swivel - 3840845
