the machining for the block, crank and rods are done, and the cam bearing and freeze plugs are installed. Will pick it all up tomorrow and hopefully this weekend we'll start putting her back together as well as strip the heads and get them ready for machining...

That being said I haven't seen the bill yet...LoL!!! But in all seriousness I think George has done great work and has been very helpful as well. Hoping that the heads turn out to be as in good shape as the block and crank are!
Turned out it cost a bit more than originally quoted, but I'm very happy with the work done. So now it's a matter of finding the time to paint the block and to start building it.
