^^^^... and if so, you know the gauge and wiring to the sender are ok! The issue may be a stuck or faulty sending unit........

Generally they work from a 0-90 ohm resistance.

Hey guys, I hope someone can help me out. I have just got the dash back from the shop that wired it for me, I put the dash in, connected everything and the it starts with the key but I dont show the gas gauge moving away from empty. I know the new fuel tank is at least 1/2 full and the sending unit in the tank and the tank are brand new. I am going to check the ground wire and make sure its getting a good ground but beyond that im kind of sctatching my head ???  Any ideas and trouble shooting tricks ??

                                                                  Thanks Guys     Mylo
