Hi,

is anybody have nice black 1968 2+2 door panels for sale. (front and rear ). or maybe just the 2+2 logos. If I cant find used panel I will  probably go with the 1968 impala ss reproduction.

Hi there,

 

Check with the member called "brett" on this site.
He has several 68 fullsize cars that he's parting.
I recently bought a set of 68 front armrests off of him that were
perfect, just needed a little paint.

Actually, if that's a picture of the door panel you want to replace, it doesn't look too bad.
Last year I took my parchment door panels off (all 4) and dyed them. They turned out great.
The dye came in a spray bomb and went on just like paint and turned out great.
I then dyed the carpet portion of the front door panels with a carpet dye. I worked great too.

I take your advice and send a request to Brett.

For the door Panel pictures ,these a from some a was  looking to buy. the guy asking 125.00$ each front panel and 125.00 for the 2 rear panel.

I was expecting to pay less. They need some works. What do you think ?

Another guy you could try on here is pont427. He had some '68 2+2 parts. So what shape are your panels in - not salvagable?

My car is not a 2+2. My Parisienne side Panels are in good shape.

I'm converting my Parisienne full bench in a 2+2. Just the inside for now.

First, I didn't know that the side panel were different.

Tomorrow , Im going to see a guy who have a 2+2 dash, backet seat, and steering colomn.

I get in touch with Brett and is maybe have something for me too.

What if any is the difference in the dash? Always thought they were the same.

The parisienne have a small window with the Park  reverse ....etc  inscriptions  between  the heater control and the wiper switch.

The 2+2 have no window (.First picture.)

Yesterday I found a 1967 2+2 dash . It's almost idententical. see 2nd picture.
