can you list part numbers (or exact year , make model of pump) and how you modified the hoses ? adapters or ? thx
X2, I've been researching upgrades for my 68 too and ran across the Jeep GC upgrade, but the 'cross breeding' makes me nervous so I would love some first hand experience. Thanks in advance!
I've just done the swap with a GC box on my 64. Haven't had a chance to try it on the road yet but it sure is an easy swap and looks just like stock. I think it is 92-98 the years that work. I have an extra GC steering box for sale if someone else needs one. I think it is a little less than 3 turns stop to stop. I haven't read one comment with someone being disappointed with the swap.
