Any luck with engine rebuild kits of Ebay???

I am thinking of buying an engine rebuild kit off ebay,  pistons, rings, rods, oil pump etc etc.

Anyone ever bought from Titan Engines, Grumpys performance, Clegg machine,  or any other companies like that?

They all offer kits for around the 250-350 range,  they say its name brand "MOSTLY" but i am sure there is some chinese stuff in the mix,

Prices seem incredibly cheap compared to local jobber prices.

Any experiences?????

No, but I've bought from Northern Auto Parts in Sioux City a number of times and found the prices very good and the parts are name brand.

What engine Dave?

I've only used my credit card Dave. Just give them a call tomorrow. I've always ordered only by phone. It's nice to be able to explain things to a human.

Oh, and good point, yes, they are happy to mail which is a big plus for me. I gladly pay a bit more that lots of places charge to mail if I can save a trip to the border.
