Funny you should say that. My wife has me replacing the flooring upstairs so I expect to spend tomorrow with kneepads on. Only the bathroom left to go so with any luck tomorrow will be it.

I cleaned up some of the "edited by" and fixed your spelling up too!!!

You look like you're gonna run low on tachs pretty soon. I send the "tachs" man around to collect some of those from you....

And by the way, I know you think of 66 Pontiacs as parts cars for your 65 so I'll take any 66 tach you have since it's wrong for your car anyway!

boy am i rusty, i gota spend more time on here , my wife says i need more practice to. i pulled out every tach and gauge cluster i had in cars, on dashes, in boxes packed away that i had forgot about. three work sort of, the others not a blip. its like carbs multiple rebuilds at once.

Would you let me know when you will be done. Also, I will have a set of in-dash rally gauge and cluster from a 64-65 Catalina for or trade in. Is the vacuum gauge from the in-dash pod or console.

Thanks

Daniel

that is the round one isn't it. Because I have a bench seat and I already have the cluster.

Let me re-phrase my last reply. It is kind of very unclear. We are talking about the vacuum gauge that is located in the dash and it is round. I don't have a console to put the big one in. All I need is the gauge itself because I already have the cluster or bezel.

Thanks

thats alot clearer, no problem ill clean one up and detail it , that really not worth a dash to be honest though

040.JPGmiloscarsteer.jpg041.JPGhear is the photo of the set up in the wagon, ive seen it on yankee cars but never on a canuk model, their is a bracket welded to the floor under the gauge which the studs go through and its a pain to put the nuts on but ive gotten used to it.

personality wise two completely different cars, the red auto is smooth calm to drive, the blue one seems angry all the time, it likes you to through her around and be rough
