Well...I put down my man bag and went back to working on the car. My bud and I spent 14 hrs wet sanding and buffing between the two of us, still a bit more to go. Don't have an outside pic yet since we finished after sunset and it's dark by the time I get home, but she does look nice and shiny. Also got some shiny stuff on.

Now that I see the quality of your work, when do you want it?

Man I wish you were closer, nothing like beer and bondo! Would need a bigger garage....Doug's would be parked beside yours!!!
Well not a polish guy but my trunk trim came out pretty good, wish I would have taken a before shot, was beat to crap. Got a bench polisher for Christmas, think the wife want's me more "buff". The anodizing is tough stuff!!!!! Tried wet sanding with 600 until my arms fell off (gave up),then went to 240 wet but was still a crap load of work to remove anodizing. Grabed some flap wheels from work, scotchbright with sand paper between, what a difference! Took out all the dents (a lot of them) with a carpenters hammer, punch, chisel and screwdriver. Tap light and bring to even or a bit above then block sand with 220. Can post procedure for guys that want to do it themselves if wanted. Last I polished with "Wicked", this stuff is unreal!! Have used never dull,Autosol, Mothers etc nothing touches this stuff. Cleaned the stainless on my 57 for years with all sorts of polishes, tried "Wicked" and the rag was black for about 4 series of rubbing, that tells you how good this stuff is, must be good if truckers use it!
Nice job buddy,I see your keeping track of your beers.Looks like
your way up on S.
