two different types of drum brakes

I drove over a pothole sometime ago, and it cracked my tire rim and broke a piece off of my brake drum. I can't find any brake drums locally, only online. I am looking at some online which have fins, there are pretty much half the price of regular ones. Brake drums are usually balanced or very close to true    It will not affect your balance  (for sure  I am a Doctor)
