I won't be able to help you but I'm sure someone will. What I do have which isn't anything special to most people is a rebuilt 283 with about 15 thousand miles on it from a 66 Beaumont. I would be willing to sell it if you were interested in matching one up. I am guessing you may be looking for something bigger.

Is it casting numbers you are looking for? If so, as far as I know, you are safe using the charts from Chevelle sites for 66 396 casting numbers.
