Nice job! Nice upgrade! What calipers and brackets did you use? Look similar to the ones I used.

Thanks guys! The calipers are PBR twin piston units off late model commodore as are the booster and master cylinder. The discs are only 315mm but big enough and earlier holden as the commodore has a slightly different stud pattern. I have mates who have used the same size which works well. The spindles are made by a company called castlemain rod shop in australia and are made to take disc brakes. The hubs are units turned down  to accept the discs, earlier holden stud pattern.the rear cylinders are ford units to improve the braking With an inline pressure regulator. i can't remember if the bore is bigger or smaller than the stock..it was a while ago.

PBR is an australia brake manufacturer for the car industry, soon to be defunct I guess when the car manufacting completely abandons australia in a couple of years.....

i read with interest the corvette brake upgrade sticky. I would love to have gone to the 330mm disc but these conversions are extremely costly just for parts! They are put onto the performance commodores, HSV as we call them. Holden special vehicles.
