Likely on the inside (rear side) of the rad cradle, somewhere close to the driver's side headlights. That's where most of the 60's GM's are.

Brilliant, I'll take a look tomorrow. My horns dead. Is it difficult to get to? Do I need to remove lights or radiator?

No, it should be easy to access. There will be a heavy wire running to it, 10 or 12 gauge, likely red.
