Has anyone ever seen a bench seat 4 speed that was factory installed in a 67 full size Canadian Pontiac? The parts book says they use this same chrome bezel but when I started thinking about it, I don't think I've ever seen one. Seems to me someone here mentioned a while back they had seen a 4 speed 67 Strato Chief. This should be what it had.
To add to this, I know we've seen 69 and 68 bench 4 speed cars here, but now that I think about it, I don't think we've seen a factory built 66 or 65 either. Anyone?

Hi Carl. I'm sorry I'm not much help. I have never seen a 1967 full-size with bench seat and for speed. But I want to ask you, do you know where I could get one of those hump/bezels??
As original as that looks I wonder if it's been added. I checked the parts book for Pontiac and Chevrolet B body and they are only showing that part for 67.

Come to think of it, I haven't seen a bench seat 4-speed Canadian 67 Pontiac. They were available but were so rarely ordered that few can recall seeing them.
That chrome bezel that Mr. Stevenson posted is a 67-only piece. Earlier cars used the colour-keyed grommet that Greaser posted. For 1968 the shifters were changed and a different supplier supplied them. They no longer had the reverse lockout trigger (used springs in the mechanism instead), the lever went flat like a blade and often said "Muncie", the bezel changed, the mountings changed as well (at least for the Beaumonts, not 100% on the Big cars). Even the shift ball changed from white to black for 68.
A couple of pictures I have on my computer from 2005/2006:
A 66 Impala 396 4-speed wagon (not the Canadian one with Fawn interior.) Note the correct grommet, although it has been screwed down by somebody.
More of that 4-speed 66 4-door. It is a 390-horse 427, M20 4-speed, C60 a/c, U16 Tachometer which moves the clock onto the top of the dash, all in a snoozy 4-door Impala sedan.
