Car sold at Bothwell for the price I wanted. Three serious inquiries, first guy came back and bought it. Sorry George but it looks like your brother lost out.
As much as I'm not a 4 door guy, I think this was a pretty cool car and a great buy for somebody. Hope it went to a good home.
Did you tell the buyer about Canadian Poncho?
It was originally purchased as a parts car but has been a lot of fun to drive. I will make sure the new owner knows about Canadian Poncho when he picks it up next week. His plans are to repair the dents and not adulterate an Acadian.

Frank, we met at Bothwell and i enjoyed talking to you and checking out that sweet 63 of yours. You let me know that you sold the 63 in Bothwell because my brother would have been interested in the car. Congrats in selling the 63 and i hope she goes to a good home and not a house of horrors. Cheers. George

Did you swap engines? Or did you find another one?
I have three 194's sitting in the back of the garage. I also have a clean and greased up 283 short block (from 66 Acadian) that I may install. I have a 63 Parisienne 283 that i can use the heads, etc. for the Acadian motor. I may still look for some better stock heads when I'm ready for the mechanical part of the resto.
I only have 6 cyl. I sold my v-8 mounts to "GUS" a few years ago. I'll buy the mounts and can always sell later if I don't use them. Who has them? I have a lot of unsorted linkage rods and other stuff that may be for a v-8. I am always interested in the original clutch linkage since I have a proper block.
Well the Invader is gone now. I told the new owner about Canadian Poncho and to join up. Now if only I can get rid of the G6 soon, I'll have room to work on one of the SD's this winter.
