I picked up a 66 Impala tilt from Teich. Dano mentioned they are not the same at the dash area. I did this 35 years ago when I put a Caprice tilt/telescopic in my Grande Parisienne and I knew I had to saw the collar slightly where it meets the dash. I think Ken (66GrandeGuy) mentioned he had tried this and given up. Dano says he has a Pontiac column that we might be able to mix and match parts to make it work. Has anyone done this?
