Big block valve cover washers?

I have a set of big block valve cover washers that are a little different from anything I have come across before.

They are stamped made in canada which leads to the question of what engine would they have come on?

A number of years ago (likely more than 10 years ago) someone this forum posted this type of hold down, and provided the GM part #. I actually went to my local GM dealer with the part # and it was still good. However, the price was quite high, something like 4 or 5 dollars per hold down. But yes, they were stamped with Made in Canada.
