vette disk brake conversion

dumb question, does anyone have pics of how they routed the brake lines when doing this conversion, the rubber vette lines are a few inches too short

I used the longer braided lines that came with the Wilwood C3 calipers. They worked fine with the inlet on the side of the caliper. Just needed a 90 degree fitting.

I think you might have to look into using 1970 Impala lines with the stock C3 calipers. The Impala line mount is further back than Corvette. Impala is approx 16 3/4" vs 14 1/4 for the stock C3 lines. I believe the caliper thread (7/16-20) is the same size. They should give you the reach you need.

This is good info because I have a pair of Wildwood C3 calipers ready to go on the Grande shortly. Now at least I know I will be needing another braided set for install.

I ordered 70 impala lines when I put my brake conversion, rock auto sells them dirt cheap and they came reasonable quick

Did same conversion on a 70. I used same year impala lines and they fit perfect.
