I dont think there was ever a Q jet on a 327 A-body in 1966. 1967 would be the first year. If you had a q jet on that intake, it must have had a crazy adapter.

Certainly an interesting topic. I don't know if anyone has ever stepped up with an original 66 Beaumont 327 sporting a Rochester.
The parts book says 7016615 Rochester for manual trans, 7036683 Rochester for auto trans (besides the above mentioned Carters). Did it happen? Good question...
Also the book does not list a Rochester 4GC or 4GV on a 66 327 Beaumont as Dave mentioned, but I wouldn't put any money against him in a bet on this one! Actually, the only thing I would bet on is that a 66 Beaumont 327 could have come with a Carter on it, but beyond that, lots of gray area.

Huh, i would have said that intake in the picture is for a Rochester 4gc, but i could be wrong. 64 and 65s were rochester 4g. unless higher horsepower.

Thanks for the helpful replies, I went and checked my carb shelf and found this. It has Rochester 4 Jet on the top and looks to have the right pattern to match the intake. I cant find any identification numbers on it. What do you think?
For what it is worth.
Contained in my info from, "Vintage Vehicle Services", it has info on engine specs and under carburetor supplementary information it says for
model 73600...327..... powerglide..Rochester model 7026202 Q-jet
..Holley model 3875964 4-bbl
..Carter model 3875966 4-bbl
It shows different model carbs for a standard transmission/L34 396 combo with A51 option it but with only Rochester or Holley carbs only
and for 327 standard transmission has model numbers different than for a powerglide but for all three carb brands.
Don't know if that info helps or not. Manifold, I don't have numbers on but I am thinking of running GM 387283 cast iron, Holley 4 bbl manifold that should be correct for 66, 327, 275HP w/o air if my casting number decode is correct. (My car came with a L30 327)
