4 spd standard hole size.


Can anyone give me a heads up on the hole size for a 4 spd  muncie going in my 66 SD? Please and thank you.

Are you talking the hole size in the bellhousing or the hole in the floor for the shifter?

I think they reproduce the manual transmission floor hump. If you either have a hump or buy a reproduction, they basically fall into position. Once in position, you can determine where to cut the floor.

Just buy the plate and open up as much of the floor as plate covers. F0791CEE-4FC0-4141-BCAF-AEC9415F9032.jpeg

The floor is already opened up but I think the previous owner who started the project cut the hole for a bench seat stick in stead of a hole for a bucket seat car, which is what the car is. I may have to patch the hole to make is smaller.

I don't think the hole for bench vs bucket seat card are any different.
