Definitely looks fixable to me.  How are the frame and floors?

It would be a beauty if brought back to life again.  Best highway car ever!

Agree with these guys, don't make the mistake of stripping it. That is a rare car.

If my old memory servers me correctly, I believe this Pontiac was for sale awhile back!

I believe it was on kijiji for sometime thinking Edmonton area, was discussed I thought on the site?

Asking price at the time was fairly high for what it was and condition, anyone remember?

Champagne with black top and guts is a stunning color combo on this type of car. Also I've always preferred the 4 door hardtop roofline over that of the 2 door in 69-70. Nose looks nice!

But to put it in perspective that gold 69 Grande Parisienne 4 door in minty original rustfree condition was sold to that dealer for about $12-13k and the dealer eventually sold it for about 16. This car needs everything redone.

The nose is not cracked or swollen. The floor on the drivers side by the gas pedal is rusted out. The entire interior is great except the headliner is toast. Door panels, dash and upholstery are good.
Not long ago, fb marketplace there was an LS-1/TH-400/427 emblems. Anyone here remember that and/or know who grabbed this? Id give this whole car for that package.

That was an interesting deal. I was trying to buy it but he ended up selling it to a local guy. I don't know if the buyer was a CP member or not.

UP-RIGHT PORTION OF THE FRONT SEATS. PULL THE BACK OFF THE SEATS. IF IT'S THERE, IT WON'T BE A FULL-SIZED SHEET, BUT RATHER A STRIP OF PAPER WITH THE OPTIONS LISTED ON IT. MAY BE OTHER SPOTS TOO, BUT I'VE ONLY EVER FOUND THEM HERE.

Thanks. I tried pulling lightly on the seat back and can see the tabs holding the top of the seat. Is it just the one screw at the bottom of the seat back to release it?

for both my 70 2+2's, I found the build sheet (or strip that lists the options) under the rear seat cushion.

Don't forget you can send to Vintage Vehicle Services and get the complete rundown on your car.

Found the option sheet behind the passenger seat back! Took a pic of it in its place. Then took it out and snapped a pic. Put it back. Are the rpo codes the same for impala/caprice?

Anyone know where to reach muttwood?

Anyone ever run GM of Canada documentation from VVS for a 427 Grande 4 door??
Curious how many were made.

We only know GM made 1173 1969 Grande Parisienne 4 doors but no breakdown as to how many were made with LS1 and L36. Certainly a very unusual car though.

76437-parisienne 8 cyl 2 door hardtop   (8568 produced) less than 400 with LS1 427

If we use the formula that we see for LS1 production in the Parisienne 2 door hardtop, your car would be one of less than 55 made. I know of one that was in Saskatchewan near White City. It was a virtual twin to the one I owned about 40 years ago. I'm not sure if John still owns it.

Is John still around? Sat at the same table at the 91 POCI banquet. He had his 70 2+2 454 there.

I saw him participate recently on a Facebook Pontiac group. I suspect he has never done anything with the 427 4 door hardtop.

Oh man, does he ever. The coolest one is the US 65 wagon with the 4 speed.
