4 link 10 bolt. That's not common, at least in earlier years.

 I noticed that.  350 2 bbl, turbo 350 with disc brakes.    For 1970 2+2's, I've only seen 1 with a 350 2 bbl, I never thought to look if it had a 10 or 12 bolt.

I would say the valve cover decal has been added because the horsepower is on the air cleaner decal.

 I parted a 70 2 + 2 350 2 barrel with a 12 bolt but I can't remember if it was 3 or 4 arm. That was around 1980, too long ago!

Out of all the 65-70 B-body Chevy & Cdn Pontiac's I've seen in the wrecking yards, I've never seen a 3 link.   I'd place money the 70 you parted out would have been a 4 link.

Oh really? It's not uncommon on 6 cylinder or 283 Pontiacs and from talking to Dano65 it's quite common on the Chevy B bodies.

I'd buy that 15" twin stripe spare tire from the guy, I'd add it to the collection of Goodyear, Uniroyal & Gulf's that I already have.

My Body guy has a set of 15" Rallys that I will be using as rollers.

Uniroyal with "Sears" on them, but only single stripe.

No one mentioned that the spare was in the wrong location for a convertible.

I should have noticed the spare in the wrong location.  I think that car has had its share of floorpan / trunkpan work.

 It's a very common mistake
