6 blade solid fan

Has anyone tried one of the 6 blade solid fans like Speedway sells? I'm not having any cooling issues but I'm real curious if such a cheap fan ($42 US) is any good. Part # 9101571-19.

If you search ford 7 blade or ford 6 blade on ebay you will see those similar ones,  lots of ford 9N tractors use them.

My thought was they might be a heavy weight compared to the more flexible  blade 70's era ford fans.  The nice part about the one i have is it weighs almost nothing.

Check the center hole diameter first to match your water pump...

Did you post here about your experience with the Ford fan? I thought you had but I can't find it now.
