Anyone recognize this switch?

I found this switch in my box of brake light switches but can't recall what it came from. Anyone recognize it?

It works opposite of a brake switch, compressed it completes the circuit.

Maybe an e-brake switch?

Cruise Control? They work opposite of a brake switch.

 Perfect, thanks Mark. I'll be able to chase it down now that I have the part number from that auction.

Tip;

I simply right mouse clicked on your first image of the switch Carl. A pop up window appeared and at the bottom was " Search with Google lens".

I clicked on that and it took me to a very large selection of images of mostly that exact same switch. The first one I clicked on that looked the same (there were many) took me to the ebay auction.

Artificial intelligence is right at your fingertips, and works really well in this application.

Give it a try.

Funny thing  is, I thought about doing that and thought "nah, that won't be any help" when in reality you made it so easy!

Doing some reading last night I see it will be a tough one to find in wrecking yards. Manual trans with cruise control, a number of different GM's. You don't see that too often.

Could be used for a trans lock up too?

Yes, it's not listed that way but it does act the same as TCC switches do.

I like this one better because it's more compact than the TCC switches I've been able to find.
