Check out my fancy new brakes!
(Preview)
I've been fighting a brake issue for 10 years that no one has been able to solve (slow response, but good force if you wait for it). I decided to upgrade to modern equipment. As much as I hate having non-factory items under the hood now, good brakes are cheap life insurance. I don't have to preach to othe...

Hi, I am looking to replace ball joints, control arm bushings etc on my 65 Parisienne. I am wondering if these parts are the same as the 65 Impala, and if these parts come in kit form or individually. Where can I find these parts? Thanks, Ron

Crossmember for 4 speed car
(Preview)
My parts book seems to indicate that the crossmember for 1967 Passenger vehicle would be the same for both a TH400 car and a 4 speed car- depending on whether the car is early or late build. My build of May 24 1967 would fall into the late build category I believe. My car had the M20 swapped out for a TH400 som...

How to mount a new rear sway bar
(Preview)
I purchased a sway bar kit from OPGI. I installed the front no problem. The rear, 10 bolt 3.73 posi, never had a sway bar but I want to add it. Has anyone done this that could post a picture of how it will mount? It came with bolts and spacers, shims and what I believe are pieces to box in the tailing arms....bu...

Will these rear shocks be ok for my 66 grande parisienne?

Hi guys, I bought these shocks new about 2 years ago when I got my car. I just took the old ones off, and they are much longer than my new Munroes. I made two plates that I can weld to the bottom section of the frame where the old ones bolted to and will bolt these. Is this OK for my car? Or must I get a longer shoc...
