While cleaning up our workshop we found this carb under the workbench. It must have belonged to a previous owner. It can't be too old as it has a throttle position sensor. Can anyone ID?

I have a intake manifold that requires a 1.250" hole drilled or bored for a oil filler tube. Can anyone give me a referral for a machine shop that could do this? Maybe someone with a milling machine in their garage? Any help would be appreciated. -G
