Also it states "Vehicle owners are still required to renew every one or two years at no cost" Huh? Renew.. what?

The plan is to go all the way across to Mary's Harbour, Labrador, down to L'Anse au Clair for the ferry to Newfoundland. For you boat lovers out there. I just purchased a beautifully restored 1946 Chis Craft !! She is going to be taken out to Jordan River and set up as an Air B&B. Will be building a gangway and dock/deck area around her. The intention is to have her looking like she is tied to a dock floating in the water....
