Weather in PEI

Just got off the phone with a friend who lives in PEI.

She said that since early this morning the snow has been falling and is

nearly waist high and still coming down.

The temperature is dropping to way below zero and the north wind is

increasing to near gale force.

She says her husband has done nothing but look through the kitchen

window and just stare.

She says that if it gets much worse, she may have to let the drunken

bastard in.

I kind of wish you had bought me this truck. It would have been a bit more handy here in PEI.

That's one messed up Batmobile. Reminds me of the car Johnny Cash took home, one piece at a time in his lunch box.

They should have offered it up for Ben Affleck. Somehow it seems to suit.

We took my son to see "The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug". Pretty good movie (if you are a Lord of the Rings fan).

I wish you lived closer. On Christmas Eve you could come to Morris to the Open Door Church. It's not our regular church ( but it is my brother's church) and for FREE you could hear me tell the story of the miracle that happened to me 39 years ago on Christmas Eve. No magic, just a miracle. There IS evil in the story prior to the miracle though.

0C here with freezing rain warnings. It also looks like Ontario is going to get hammered tomorrow with an ice storm. My son is flying to Toronto tomorrow for Christmas. I have a feeling his flight will be cancelled.

Overrated storm as usual.

Good for TV news ratings.
