Sometimes when I drive over a bump I heard a knock around the rear passenger door. What could be causing this?? I can't seem to figure it out. It almost sounded like the door was loose and was moving up and down. Anyone ever have this? Also I notice the vehicle sits low, I can't make it over a speed bump wit...

Drum brake conversion
(Preview)
I have a mechanical background, understand the benefits of disc brakes, but why do so many seem to want to go to disc? I have put about 50 miles on my Parisienne, and I am pretty happy with the power drum brakes, and think it's cool original.

Brake line with single flare??
(Preview)
I removed the 6 inch brake line (approximately)
That goes from the flex line to the aluminum block on the drivers side.
The end that screws into the aluminum block was a bigger nut
And it had a single flare.
Is this right ???
Or did someone in my cars past make a line wrong??

I have mine out and cleaned up
They are black
With a dab of white on top coil
And three dabs of yellow three coils down( 1 on each coil)
Question does this give a clue as to what spring it is ?
For example is this normal for the small block?
Hope my question makes sense
Thanks Greg
