Just bought KYB shocks 2 months ago. Finally got my rebate. And the card issuer is wirecard that the prepaid cards are from... Nobody can activate the cards?!? google search wirecard and you will get a list of complaints that they cant be activated? Who else would I contact? KYB still hasnt gotten back...
