I am about to rebuild my 261 and would like to repaint the green before putting it back in, anyone know what the paint color/code might be for the 261 in 1962? Hi guys, I just purchased a 60 Biscayne(I know its not a Pontiac) But the Canadian Pontiacs are the same. Anyways, I'm thinking of swapping a 4 speed or 5 speed trans into it. Does anyone know of an easy swap? Or a bolt up to the original bellhousing? Thanks, ken

does anybody have a four barrel intake for sale that would fit on my 59' 283? Preferably one with the oil filler tube and in the southwestern ontario region so i could easily pick it up instead of shipping a heavy parcel.

was just wondering, before i go drive all over town, if local parts stores sell engine mounts? I think the ones on my 59 have had it, the engine shakes pretty good, and i imagine they are the originals.

Does anyone know what GM engines came with the canister type oil filter i cannot see the number on the block, linkage is in the way dont want to pull the engine until it needs it.

I have to measure the length to see if i have to cut the driveshaft or not, and the question i have is will it bolt right up? i know not the linkages but are they iterchangeable(trans to engine block bolt holes) Its the original 2...
