67 Fulsize dash bulb change
(Preview)
Howdy folks, I wanted to see if anyone has swapped there dash bulbs with success. I have the manual and have popped off the dash cap but there isnt enough room to remove the back panel the bulbs are pulled into. I have had the car for 30 plus years but finally some bulbs have went the way of the do do bird. Doe...

Does anyone have one of these on their 65 or 66?
(Preview)
I'm thinking the majority of you won't know what it is, or even if you guess right, you've likely never seen it on a 65 or 66.

1966 Canadian Pontiac power antenna
(Preview)
This information will likely be useful/interesting to about 3-4 people out of the whole group here but I thought I'd post it anyway because I know there's 2 66 Grande Parisiennes owned by two different Kevins who will want to see it! One of the Kevins owns my old 427/4 speed 66 Grande Parisienne. 40 year...

Tour of a long-forgotten salvage yard
(Preview)
Hi guys, There is this old salvage yard near London, Ontario that I have driven by many times. Lately, I've seen that some of the old cars are being dragged up to the front, near the road and have been for sale for parts. So, I called and asked to tour the yard for 60's Pontiacs. There were lots of old cars, bu...

Is there supposed to be drain holes under the rear window?
(Preview)
Hey there, i'm cleaning the roof here. Removed the rear window I can't see any manufacturer designed drain holes around the window, only the holes made by rust:) Is that normal or water should go down somehow to avoid accumulating moisture in cavities?

Factory undercoating?
(Preview)
Has anyone found a product that we can buy which duplicates that nasty thick bumpy tough undercoating that came on our mid 60's cars on the underside of the floor and the rear wheel wells?

Electric power trunk, 66 Pontiac?
(Preview)
Has anyone installed any kind of electric power trunk release in a 66 full size? Originally they were vacuum but those are next to impossible to find (or not affordable when they are for sale) so I'd like to see if I can find an electric option.

As with my other thread about power locks, I also plan to install power vent windows in my 66 Grande Parisienne that I bought from Ken this year. I got the motor/gearbox assemblies from a member here from Oakville Ontario. Many of you know him. He owns a 65 Laurentian 2 door post recently purchased from...

1969 B-body Engine Size Emblem Location

So, the emblem on my 2+2 had the studs removed and was attached with emblem tape. I removed both of them and polished and painted them. Now I need to attach them in the correct position (previously, they were just centered in the fender). If somebody could give me the "A" and "B" measurements, I would app...

Windshield wiper motor
(Preview)
Bit of a long shot but worth a try I am having trouble with my wiper motor not returning to home lock up and stop working. From what I have been able to find the potential issue may be this magnetic relay internal to the wiper motor. Near as I can tell the part number is 4919641 Delco part #. I can find these on...

How to take out the antenna from the front fender?

Hey there, I'm looking for advice how to take off the antenna. I hope it's not necessary to take the whole fender off:) Also on that note - has anyone found a decent radio replacement with modern features but native look? Thanks in advance.

66 Pontiac heater box vs 66 Beaumont heater box
(Preview)
I learned something new yesterday while stripping my 66 Custom Sport parts car. Good old GM. I've always said when working our 60's Canadian Pontiacs, Beaumonts and Acadians, no car manufacturer ever did a better job with making the same parts fit multiple models. Even though I've been doing this o...

Turn signals question
(Preview)
Hey there, I recently purchased a couple of 1965 turn lights on ebay (from American Pontiacs though) and it feels like they don't fit like a glove. Am I missing some brackets which lower the light in this bumper gap? Or American bumper or light is more narrow? The socket also looks different, but I assum...

My 66 Biscayne, the drivers side wiper will ride over the stainless trim at the bottom of the windshield when activated. The right side is fine at the bottom and outside of the sweep.
