Name the two most obvious differences between the US Pontiac and Canadian Poncho posi/lsd warning decal on the underside of the trunk lid on the approx 70 and older models. (I don't know specifically when it changed!)

Maybe this one will be tougher. I am thinking the years are 61 to 67 or 68, not totally certain on the final year. What power option was available on US B body Pontiacs but never appeared on the Canadian counter parts? Not a power option as in drivetrain power, the other kind of power option.
