Today I swapped my intermitent cruise control unit on my 75 Grand Am for another one from a 74 Grand Am donor parts car and it worked like a charm, pushed the button at 65mph and it stayed rock steady all the way home on the TransCanada Hwy ... it should help saving a bit of gas, lol

Not sure what to call it, the little red indicator that shows if you are in Park Neutral Gear etc....... It is completely stuck as far to the left as it can get, never has moved since I bought it. Out came the 2.56 open carrier and I finally got my nice used GM Corporate limited slip unit (the clutches still look new !) and used 3.23 gears installed in my 75 Grand Am with a new bearing kit and now it is howling... the professional shop that installed this told me it's because they are used gears ?...

Changed the coil and still have a puking problem when I floor it and changing from 1st to drive. I can rev the engine up to 5000 with no puking. Keep it in first high rev's no problem. Drive the car like normal...no problems. If it was fuel pump it would do it when I rev it. Only in motion so I'm thinking trans...
