194 ci I6. So James car had a bit of a flat spot on acceleration...just on part throttle taking off. It would stumble and sometimes almost stall at part throttle, so I told him to punch it when leaving from a stop to get the accelerator pump to dump in fuel. Seemed to be getting worse so I ordered a reman ca...

Installing a Balancer with no crank bolt?
(Preview)
Just wondering what most guys do installing a balancer that doesn't have the crank bolt? Always worry about the thrust bearing and tried to pound mine on with a block of wood and hammer. That didn't work(engine in car) so I used my air hammer! Every time(about a thousand) I heard it hit I cringed!! Might...

Not to up on my 6 cyl's. Will the 250 with HEI that I pulled out of the 4dr fit in the 194 that I put in? Think it will but not 100% sure. Also want to split the exhaust and was wondering if both the manifolds were the same and the 250 would bolt to the 194 intake? Thx Jim

Leaning towards getting a t5 tranny for my 65 Canso. Just a 283 so no big power and the guys I have talked to said it should be more than adequate. Wondering if anyone has done one of these as there are a few styles. Biggest difference is the difference of shifter location as one style is about 10" f...

Think I just ran into a bit of a problem. Putting in a PS box in the SD but the box requires manual sterring linkage, so I was going to take the manual linkage from the 4dr and put in the SD. I was then going to put the linkage PS out of the SD into the 4dr, this way both would have PS. Noticed that the oil pan on the 6...
