at temps all this week at or over 30 I am always amazed to start the car to find the heat gauge well up already. Wife drove the Burb into work today then dropped it off at the shop to fix the A/C. Picking up a load of fire wood tomorrow just doesn`t seem right in this weather

I did this about a dozen years ago on the black Grande Parisienne that Tom has in Edmonton now. It was time to do it again on my yellow car. Kept putting it off because it's a bit scary cutting into a perfectly good door panel but sooner or later it had to happen. Today seemed like a good day to do it. This car is...
I cant seem to get the dust caps all the way on the 66 Beaumonr disc brake rotor . i believe they were on the original set up. Just the disc were changed. Is there an extra deep cap I can buy?
Thought I'd start a new topic for this incase anyone wants to follow along and to help me find previous post on the topic. Second question: wha...
I have the 4 in dash gauges for 1965. All 65's had the fuel and ammeter like this, Custom Sports had the vacuum gauge (by far the hardest to find of all these gauges) and the rest had either a blank plate or an optional clock in the third hole. Some of you may be tired of me talking about these nice US clusters (with oil and temp gauge) that we never got in our Canadian cars. They are hard to find, expensive to buy and on top of that they use a unique oil pressure sending unit that was never used in any other GM vehicle. Those senders are tough to fi...
