Delco electronic ignition conversion kit
(Preview)
https://www.summitracing.com/parts/ado-d3968a Anyone ever heard of these, or had one? Kind of embarrassing who spanned 40 years in GM parts to admit he's never heard of these, but I've never heard of these. I was piddling around on the AC Delco site to see what all they had listed for my car and this...

(Preview)
I wanted to put a nice new shiny exhaust system on the 396 car so I ordered a system off eBay. I picked it up in Ohio on my way to the car show. After seeing it I figured I would use it on the L72 car -- Edited by 70 SS ACADIAN on Monday 8th of August 2022 08:27:53 PM

Rocker-lifter issue

Yet another incident that I cannot explain, hoping someone here can. Rocker tension seemed ok, can tell in the images that the nuts are not loose. Replaced the bent rods, replaced the rockers with roller type, then the other side did this:

What's this rubber hose for ?
(Preview)
Hi guys, I recently installed a new carb on the 68 2+2 and I am wondering what this rubber hose is for, coming out of the bottom of the breather. Does it attach to the carb somewhere or does it just dangle ? Regards, Scott (LandShark ...)

Hi all, so the F40 RPO all our aussie cars got is for heavy duty front and rear suspension. I know that means 4 link and possible shockie ratings but what is the difference for front suspension over standard? Just shockie ratings? cheers all.

Many of you may know that our 60's GM's had some special starter bolts for the starters that had a cast iron nose. I believe this nose was used exclusively on big blocks and/or small blocks with the 11" clutch (168 tooth flywheel) The original GM number is 3733289 for this bolt and it's not just a plain 3/8...

Motor mounts ??
(Preview)
I am swapping out a 283 and installing a 0.030 over 402 BBC in my 65 Parisienne. Would the optimum be factory rubber style or aftermarket poly? What parts have others used with success? It will be attached to the original PG (after a redo) or possibly a TH350 if finances allow.
