Brake pedal drops, but not always. Brake guru's?
(Preview)
On the Gp, with light pedal application at low speeds, the brake pedal would drop to the floor, a quick pump and it would be back. Even with the drop, I'd still have some braking power. The brakes overall work excellent, no pulling, no leaks and I'm actually very impressed with them. Makes me wonder w...

What are these?
(Preview)
On my 67', at the rear lower control arm mounts, there is a brace of some sort on either side. They face forward parallel with the frame rails and contact the floor with some kind of pad. I've never seen anything like them. Are they a 4 door hardtop only thing?

I had pondered doing the ball joints and control arm bushings myself. Heck, Mark (CDNPONT) even dropped over his spring compressor and ball joint fork. The thought of doing all this on jack stands really didn't appeal to me so... I got Tiny to do it! Jeff started on her this afternoon. After hearing abo...

Front coil springs question
(Preview)
I'm going to be replacing the ball joints and control arm bushings on the Laurentian soon. It would make sense to replace the springs with big block springs at the same time. However, my plan was to drive the car this summer until the big block was ready and then do the swap over a couple of weekends. The fr...
