I've got Big Block fever

I want to convert my '65 El Camino over from a 350 to a big block. What would I have to do? It has a 700r4 and a 12 bolt so I know those will work but will a big block like a 454 bolt in or what do I have to buy? Thanks Big Block fever, get it while you can!
