Took the '63 out of hiding the other day, and wouldn't you know, it fired up with minimal coaxing. Topped up the fluids and put air in the tires, and was good to go.
The only rub is it was a little smelly inside the cabin. Since I run my exhaust straight out the rear bumper...

So I Have my new 58 at home and now want to find out what I can about it. I am thinking I don't have the 261 engine as it is blue and not green. I haven't taken a thorough look but I don't see the captains bars. The numbers I seen on the engine are; on the passenger side is W9 299189. On the drivers side is 3836848....
