I am looking to replace my dash light bulbs, anyone know the size and type of bulb? Has anyone tried LEDs?

I have to change my steering wheel as the old one was breaking up. Put on a grant wheel, hooked everything up and the horn worked for a while, now all I can hear is a clicking sound when I pust the horn button? Looks like there is some kind of a relay that the horn is attached to? Could it be the relay?
