My brother had his 67 Biscayne stloen from his apartment in White Rock early this morning. It'a a blue 4 door sedan with Corvette rally wheels. You can't miss it, it has a healthy, loud 355 in it. There's a child seat in the back, and the plate number is 043-LGE.
