Need advice on applying clearcoat on a basecoat that was applied years ago

Our daily driver Accord appears to have only been repainted in a base coat years ago. I have proper 2k clear to apply but wonder if there should be any special prep to the basecoat (other than cleaning and degreasing). Wet sand? Scuff with a Scotchbrite? Nothing?
